High rigidity casting structure

VTC series castings are made of box cast iron structure integrated molding, after heat treatment to release internal stress, design thick reinforcement, low center of gravity, good shock absorption, important joint surface are special scraping treatment, to ensure that in heavy cutting can still adhere to the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.

High rigidity ram structure

The ram is forged steel structure, the surface is quenched, the cutter clamp is tensioned by T-key, the lower end is positioned by tooth disk, and the track joint surface is scraped, with high positioning accuracy. At the same time, the cross section of the ram body is increased by 44% compared with the previous generation.

High rigid hard rail structure

The two axes adopt high rigidity hard rail structure, the track surface is professionally treated, and attached with low friction coefficient wear plate, strong rigidity, good accuracy retention, with excellent cutting ability, more suitable for heavy duty cutting.

High rigid host structure

The main structure is mainly designed for the high rigidity and heavy load processing requirements. The thickness of the column and the span of the guide rail are increased to strengthen the rigidity of the support. The lower lever of the ram can effectively resist the cutting torque and improve the machining stability.

Turning and milling modularization

With integrated turn-milling configuration, the skateboard structure is compatible with the turning ram structure and the turning ram structure, easy to replace and strong modularity.

Layout advantage

Modular structure design, can choose single ram and double ram, increase the processing efficiency.

Spindle high precision transmission mechanism

The main drive is upgraded from belt drive to gear transmission, which can provide accurate segmentation and positioning accuracy, with turn-milling composite function, high stability, and the internal design of the spindle constant temperature cooling device to prevent the axial movement caused by excessive temperature change.

Double spindle indexing mechanism

The table main drive uses two main motors to drive the table rotation. Through the CNC system to achieve synchronous control of the two main motors, so that the indexing movement of the machining more stable and accurate, to achieve the turning speed control function and C-axis anti-backlash function, to achieve a high level of quality surface quality.

Automatic tool change system

Hanging disk tool store, according to the user's processing needs, to achieve fast automatic tool change, shorten the processing auxiliary time, improve production efficiency. A variety of turning tool clips are available through T-head and clamping.
