T5 series horizontal CNC lathe, combining intelligent control technology and advanced manufacturing technology, has high precision, high efficiency and high cutting rigidity. The finite element analysis software is used to optimize the design, analyze the distribution of stress points, reduce the deformation of parts, and achieve the optimal structure of the whole machine. The main castings are all made of high-strength cast iron materials, which ensures the minimization of vibration during the cutting process and improves the machining accuracy and cutting stability.

Product Details:

1. i5 intelligent system is based on advanced motion control technology and network technology, with industrialization, information, networking, integration, intelligent efficient integration, intelligent operation, intelligent programming, intelligent maintenance and intelligent management.

2. High quality cast iron, U-shaped bar structure, with strong rigidity; 45 degrees overall slant bed, the front side long chip discharge mouth, chip discharge effect is good.

3. The headstock adopts scraping square shavings, increasing the positioning base surface laterally, with excellent rigidity; The structure of the headstock is optimized, and the identification and balancing unit can provide the spindle wind module; High rigidity motorized spindle, fast start and stop, low power consumption, high efficiency and energy saving.

4. Intelligent control of tailstand to improve machining accuracy; The upper and lower split tail platform is used to adjust the accuracy easily. For heavy load machining needs, optional small spindle module and damping module, better anti-vibration performance.
